Distance:
Day 1: Sapa – Hang Da – Hau Thao ( L,D, Homestay)
8:30 am: Meet our local guide at the meeting point and depart the trek to Hang Da village
A traditional village of the Black Hmong people, still retaining many rustic and pristine features of Sa Pa.
Here, you can easily catch clouds as the entire Muong Hoa Valley, the largest valley in Sa Pa, lies below, offering all the elements for a beautiful sea of clouds.
Moreover, upon entering the village, you will feel the simplicity and tranquility reminiscent of old Sa Pa. The local inhabitants live in traditional houses, still singing folk songs, growing flax, weaving fabrics, raising livestock, and making farming tools for production. You will walk along a poetic stone path, with giant fern trees growing between the rocks, surrounded by ancient trees, peach trees, and plum trees, creating a dreamy Peach Blossom Land.
11:30 am: Lunch time at the local restaurant
2:30 pm: Continuing to Hau Thao village
Hau Thao Commune, about 24 km from Sapa center, is home to the Black Hmong ethnic people. This place still retains its wild and simple beauty. Hau Thao has a unique charm with traditional houses, large terraced fields, and paths filled with greenery and flowers. There are many rustic villages to explore here, with friendly, amiable locals who always greet visitors with smiles.
4:00 pm: Arrive at a local homestay where you will stay overnight.
6:00 pm: Dinner and end of day 1
Day 2: Hau Thao – Ta Van – Lao Chai – Sapa (B, L,D)
8:30 am: Depart trekking to Ta Van Village
Say goodbye to Hau Thau, you will pass Giang Ta Chai village, located in Ta Van commune, about 11km from the center of Sapa. It is a place where Dao ethnic people reside. You will follow the trail and enjoy participating in very interesting challenges trekking across lush bamboo forests and hills.
After that you will arrive at Ta Van, located in the Muong Hoa Valley, 8 km from SaPa center, is famous for its unique terraced fields along the Muong Hoa stream. Upon arrival, you can participate in making herbal incense, design your own scarf at a traditional Giay house, and experience the art of Hmong beeswax painting (Batik). You also have the opportunity to learn about cultural heritage sites such as the Ancient Rock and Rattan Bridge of Sa Pa.
11:30 pm: Lunch time
1:00 pm: Depart for Lao Chai village
Located about 7-12 km from Sa Pa town center, Lao Chai is one of the villages with a large population of Black Hmong people in Sa Pa. The Black Hmong is one of the largest ethnic minority groups in the Sa Pa area. They take pride in their culture and maintain their traditions and way of life. They have their own language and wear traditional indigo clothing.
The locals still preserve ethnic decorations in their homes, such as wooden bells for buffalo necks or ancient horns. Additionally, you will stroll through the winding and expansive terraced fields, capturing beautiful photographs.
4:00 pm: Return to Sa Pa town center
6:00 pm: Depart for Hanoi and end of the 2-day, 1-night itinerary in Sa Pa

Tour Plan
- Warm clothes, scarf, hat, cap because the weather in Sapa is pretty unpredictable. It is normally cold in September, October, November, December, January, February and March.
- Trekking shoes, sun glasses, sun cream, insect repellent are also necessary.
- You should take cash with you in Vietnam Dong because the banking system in Sapa sometimes doesn’t function well. US Dollar, Euro, Australia Dollar are accepted in Sapa.
- You should take medicine with you although there are some chemist’s shops in Sapa in case you get sick.

Children from 5 – 8 year old: charge 75% adult price, sharing bed with adult
Children from 9 year old above: charge as adult price
